HISTORICAL Working RANCH

Gunnison Rising is a historical working ranch on the east side of Gunnison, Colorado. The Ute Native Americans first called Gunnison Rising home with the natural water features of Tomichi Creek and the sweeping views of mountains and grazing pastures. The planning of Gunnison Rising started over a decade ago and has been turned into reality by the City of Gunnison, Gunnison County, Western Colorado University and the development team collaborating to arrive at the best plan for these scenic 633 acres as an interactive, walkable extension of Gunnison.
